For Christmas you have two options: a standalone Christmas list that you share yourself, or a group in which the whole family makes a list. Read the difference below.
Both work with the same account. A standalone Christmas list is shared via ChristmasList.app: the link you share opens in Christmas style.
With children, it's best to make a separate Christmas list for each child. That way grandma immediately sees what the youngest would like and what the eldest is asking for, without everything getting mixed up. You manage all the wish lists from one account; your children don't need an e-mail address of their own.
Share the Christmas lists via WhatsApp or e-mail with grandparents, godparents and friends. Whoever buys something reserves it. That way nothing ends up twice under the tree, and it stays a surprise for the children until Christmas Eve.
A good Christmas list often starts in autumn: a book your child wants to read, a game that was a hit at a friend's house. Keep those gift ideas with your unsorted gift ideas and add them to the Christmas list when the time comes.
